Metal pet urns wholesale & custom: brass, stainless steel and tin alloy

Metal urns are the lasting-craft line of a pet memorial range: brass, stainless steel and tin alloy, each carrying a different market story — classic, modern and vintage. Brushed brass with a clear protective lacquer suits dignified aftercare and provider channels; sandblasted matte stainless steel fits modern interiors and humid coastal markets; molded tin alloy relief speaks to gift lines with a vintage taste. Choose by channel positioning first, then by size tier for body weight. The six models on this page cover both volume and differentiation: MOQ from 200 pieces, FOB order-of-magnitude range of $4–15 (varies with configuration), V-groove machine engraving and enamel inlay completed within the standard proofing cycle, and a threaded lid with silicone gasket as standard across the line.

Customization

Engraving and enamel: two ways to express metal

Custom work on metal lids centers on cutting and filling: machine engraving cuts the V-groove, enamel inlay makes the name stand out, and finishes follow your brand tone.

V-groove machine engraving

A rotary cutter cuts a V-groove into the metal lid — deep, dimensional, and perceptible to the touch. Proofs in 3–5 days, with multilingual typeface support.

Enamel inlay

Enamel is applied into the engraved groove (gold/black/white common), making names and dates stand out on the metal; colors confirmed against a swatch card.

Finishes & plating

Brass in brushed or mirror finish, stainless in sandblasted matte, alloy in plated colors (gold/silver/antique) — chosen to your brand tone.

Chamber sealing and factory checks

Every metal urn uses a threaded lid with a silicone gasket; each piece passes a sealing and visual check before shipping and leaves the factory in foam lining with a double carton. See our QC and after-sales system

FAQ

Four questions before buying metal urns

Will a metal urn rust?

Brass itself does not rust — tarnish is handled by the clear protective lacquer applied before shipping. 304 stainless steel resists corrosion well and suits humid coastal markets; tin alloy is softer and should avoid prolonged damp. The whole line is surface-sealed before leaving the factory and shows no rust under normal indoor display.

How deep can engraving go?

Machine engraving cuts a V-groove into the metal lid about 0.3–0.5 mm deep (order of magnitude) — crisp to the touch and ready for enamel inlay. Tin alloy relief is mold-formed, with depth set by the mold. Engraving proofs take 3–5 days to confirm depth and typeface before bulk production.

How is the chamber sealed?

A threaded lid with a silicone gasket keeps the chamber sealed against moisture and spills; the companion model seals each chamber independently. Every piece passes a sealing check before packing, and ships in foam lining with a double carton.

Can I mix the three metals in one order?

Yes. Brass, stainless steel and tin alloy models can ship mixed in one order, with the category MOQ of 200 pieces counted across the whole order. Ratios and production scheduling are confirmed at quotation.
